Financial Advisor / Managing Partner

My interest in economics and financial markets started in early high school, and I knew early on that I wanted to work in the industry. What drew me specifically to financial advising was the combination of working with people on a personal level, educating them, and helping them make informed decisions about their money. When I was exploring different career paths, I developed a relationship with a mentor, and that experience solidified my direction. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with majors in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics, and began my career shortly after.

What I find most rewarding is developing long-term, personable relationships with clients and getting to know their stories on both a professional and personal level. I love the education and teaching side of this work. I feel most satisfied when clients leave my office having learned something each time we meet. Clients don't need to know how to do investment management themselves, but it feels great when they can be involved and understand at least the basics around their portfolio or plan. The most exciting thing to me as an independent advisor is having nearly all investment possibilities available when developing a plan or designing a portfolio. Given that each person's situation is different, it's both exciting and rewarding to figure out what will work best for them as an individual.

My role extends beyond client-facing work to include hiring, training, and managing staff, overseeing daily operations, handling compliance and due diligence, and managing marketing and charitable initiatives. What sets us apart isn't just creating a good plan, but following through with it consistently and being there every step of the way. That approach creates a solid mutual relationship between the client and advisor and gives clients the greatest opportunity to expand their knowledge and understand the details of their plan and portfolio. What I find most interesting is hearing each client's story about where they started and how they've gotten to where they are now in their investment journey. That road is almost always different for everybody, and it's fascinating how different their needs can be, even if they're in similar financial situations.

I'm from Danville, Pennsylvania, and I remember the small-town feel and atmosphere. Everywhere you went, you ran into someone you knew. I thought Williamsport would be a big change, but it's surprisingly similar to my hometown. I come from a very small, tight-knit family, and I've always put family first. They understand that our business and clients are very important to me, and they're supportive when I need to travel for conferences, attend events, or step away to do something for a client. Being so close to my family members has translated into my career, where personal relationships with clients develop naturally and quickly. My fiance Kallie, is an attorney, so she understands long days and unexpected situations and is always there to give positive encouragement.
